Sing! originally named Tammy Frederick's Voice Studio opened in 2002 and Tammy has been training voices ever since. With the studio she has created an environment that is exciting, a vocal approach that is superior, and an attitude of success that she hopes is infectious to all who enter. Tammy has studied extensively in singing, acting and dancing and continues to indulge in her passion for theatre through performing and directing. Most recently Tammy was seen on stage in the role of Millie Dillmount, at Meadowvale Theatre in the production of Thoroughly Modern Millie.  In 2006,Tammy became a contributing vocal columnist for Canadian Musician Magazine enabling her to offer vocal support and advice to readers across Canada. She looks forward to continuing to support many aspiring singers through her studio and workshops. Erin Carter

Director ~ The Glee Club

Erin Carter is passionate about singing and performing!  She is thrilled to join Sing! as the Director of the Glee Club! Erin earned a degree in Vocal Music at Queen’s University and has been teaching with the Toronto District School Board for eight years as a Music Specialist. Erin was introduced to the studio four years ago and has been studying with her mentor, Tammy Frederick, ever since. As a student, putting Tammy’s method into practice, Erin has strengthened her singing voice and increased her vocal range.  As a performer, this training has allowed her to explore a variety of different musical genres and performing opportunities.  It has been an amazing journey thus far, a journey and experience she hopes to share with others in her new role at the studio.
